This is a great book! First produced as a self published effort through Blurb.com, aside from the price (Blurbs), I am quite pleased with the result. After the Blurb experience I used a printer in Georgia to print a good size print run. The book is 8 1/2" by 11" softcover, standard landscape with 80 full-color pages on a premium paper stock.
